Originally from the UK, Rob cut his teeth in IT Recruitment in London prior to a stint in Sydney before relocating long-term to Auckland in 2014.

Over the last nine years within recruitment, Rob has specialized in Software Development and Data & Analytics and successfully recruits mid to executive level positions for smaller SaaS vendors right through to Fortune 500s.

In September 2019 Rob joined Customise Talent and prides himself on being personable yet professional, which is complimented by his detailed approach.

Rob also has a Master's degree in Business Management and competes as both an amateur kickboxer and as a competitive speaker in his spare time.
